Welcome to paradise.

This modern holiday sleep-out, the size of a cottage, has a relaxed beach vibe, with a light and fresh interior.
There are three bedrooms, two of which have comfortable queen beds and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. 1 bathroom with a modern shower, basin and toilet. The living area is spacious and bright with great indoor outdoor flow to the BBQ and outdoor seating area. The kitchen contains a pod coffee machine, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 hot plates with stainless steel pots and utensils as well as the use of a Webber BBQ. There is also children’s utensils, cups and plates.

The property comes with a smart TV including the use of Netflix and WI-FI internet. Toys to entertain young children, high chair and portacot are also available on request.
There is no laundry however two laundromat’s are within close proximity.

The section is fully fenced perfect for young children to run around safely keeping them away from the driveway and road.

There is ample parking and plenty of space for garden cricket for all of the family to enjoy.

On a quiet evening, you can even hear the waves breaking onto the sands of what has been voted as New Zealand’s best beach. Accessing the beach by foot via the walkways takes 9 minutes.

The property has a house in front however you and your guests will have sole usage of the entertaining areas, driveway and bbq
